It is winter, and there is snow out there, folks! Even if you don’t know how to ski, there are other ways to get outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and cold weather.

Probably one of the easiest and least expensive ways to enjoy the winter weather (outside of sledding and snowball fights) is snowshoeing. Fortunately for those of us that live in the Puget Sound area, there is no shortage of places to visit to learn how to, and then get out there and snowshoe. In fact, there are some places that not only provide lessons, but also guided tours. Here’s a quick listing of a few places, just to get you started.
