Piper’s Orchard is a historical grove of fruit trees in Carkeek Park. They’ll be hosting the 6th annual Festival of Fruit on Saturday, September 15, 2012.
Should be a fun afternoon with cider prssing, pie sales, horticulture lectures, live music and a pie bake-off. They will also have craft activities for kids.
The festival is at the Environmental Learning Center in Carkeek Park and runs from 10AM-2PM.
