Probably Seattle’s most recognizable food truck, Maximus/Minimus serves pulled pork sandwiches from the belly of a giant steel pig. The imposing steel pig happens to be the skin of a food truck that drives around town, and you may want to follow them if you see it driving down the road.
The menu is simple, with pork, chicken and veg options with either spicy MAXImus sauce or a milder miniMUS choice. A side of slaw and a ginger lemonade will top off a perfect meal.
