Blue Angels & Boeing Air Show 2012 – Seattle Things to Do #601

by on August 2, 2012

Starting today, you’ll hear the thrilling fly-over of the Blue Angels who dazzle us each year with synchronized air acrobatics visible from most parts of the city. They fly this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 1:40 (watch for I-90 closures and you can usually catch “rehearsals” on Thursday) and you’ll want to grab a spot either on Lake Washington or along the shores – as that’s where all the action is focused.

Also as part of the Boeing Air Show there’s also a huge variety of big birds taking flight and circling the area – for the best close-up views, hit the Museum of Flight.

Weather is supposed to be sunny all weekend - perfect for an air show fo sho!
